Officials have not publicly spoken on behalf of the couple, but sources close to them have. A source close to the pair said at the couple’s end of May that they are both making efforts to salvage their marriage.

Lopez and Affleck are reportedly “trying to be as amicable as possible,” according to another insider.
“They continue to wish what’s best for all parties concerned,” the source revealed, “including their children, extended family, and mutual acquaintances.”
